Sha Ren — the 'spring sandseed' of Yangchun — is the aromatic restorer of appetite. Its camphor-sweet warmth moves stagnant qi of the middle burner, dries dampness, and — uniquely — calms a restless fetus in traditional pregnancy care. Added in the last minutes of decoction to preserve its volatile oils.

⚠️ Kontraindikationen
Avoid with yin-deficiency heat and dry cough.
