$18.69 $23.36 · 100g
Arborvitae Seed (Bai Zi Ren) cut for infusion — seed kernel from Shandong & Henan, China. Our most convenient way to enjoy this herb daily: one heaped teaspoon steeped 5–10 minutes.
Anwendung
Steep one heaped teaspoon (≈3 g) in hot water for 5–10 minutes, re-steep up to twice. 9–15 g in decoction, crushed; the oil-rich kernel is rancid-prone — buy fresh, store cold.
