Privacy Policy

We collect name, email, shipping address, and payment details (via Creem.io) to fulfill orders. If you connect a wallet, we store your wallet address to bind NFT credentials. We never store private keys or seed phrases.

We do not sell your data. Data is stored on Cloudflare D1; payment data is handled by Creem.io.

Connecting a wallet is optional. Your wallet address is public blockchain information. NFT records are stored on-chain and cannot be deleted.

For data requests, email support@chineseherbmedicine.com.
