We collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (via Creem.io) to fulfill orders. If you connect a wallet, we store your wallet address to bind NFT credentials. We do not store your private keys or seed phrase.

How We Use It

To process and ship orders, communicate about your order, issue NFTs, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data.

Data Storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare D1 (encrypted at rest) and processed via Cloudflare Workers. Payment data is handled by Creem.io and never touches our servers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-respecting, no personal data) to operate the site. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@chineseherbmedicine.com.

Web3 & Wallets

Connecting a wallet is optional. Your wallet address is public blockchain information. NFT minting records (herb, token ID, tx hash) are stored on-chain and cannot be deleted.
